"A community led by a visionary leader is the key to eradicating poverty."

Pastor Tobi Adegboyega

"It IS COURAGE  THAT LEADS."

A courageous leader dares to do things differently, unburdened by the opinion of “woke” people.

With a proven track record of impact and renowned for his unconventional leadership style, Pastor Tobi is the founder of one of the most influential works of the 21st Century, SPAC Nxtion Fxmily; to transform the lives of young people from low-socio economic backgrounds into world-class leaders across all spheres of human endeavours. Since 2005, Pastor Tobi has remained at the cutting edge of leadership through mentorship, platform creation and the building of economies; an ecosystem that has been replicated globally from London to Europe and Africa.

Through grass-roots mobilisation in various boroughs across the City of London, Pastor Tobi gained public acclaim in 2016 following the largest gatherings of young people predominantly from difficult backgrounds of crime, mediocrity, mental illness, poverty and radically by proffering an alternative lifestyle to the stereotypical life paths for young black people. Spanning across industries, from STEM, Education and Sports and Music, many young people raised by Pastor Tobi demonstrate this same spirit of impact and under his leadership, they have become leaders in their various communities; C-suite executives, captains of industries, business owners, economic mobilisers; the coming together the brightest minds and talent to aim towards the goal of setting a new standard of achievement and success for the next generation.

His methods such as a display of wealth and success for young people to aspire to and holding church services in luxurious hotel venues across the city have been deemed controversial yet the effect undeniable. The Metropolitan Police have hailed Pastor Tobi as a beacon of hope for ex-gang members and U.K. politicians recognised him for his efforts in tackling the city’s crime epidemic, (including 50% reduction of knife-crime rates in the London Borough of Croydon) and for his long-standing creation of social mobility pathways for young people through employment and investment into SMEs.

One of the hallmarks of Pastor Tobi’s leadership is philanthropy, generating initiatives to meet the needs of communities globally, notably donating $10,000 in fees for an aspiring Harvard Student from a single-parent household. Pastor Tobi set up the Equilibrium Fund to assist struggling students from low-income households with online education resources including laptops, in response to the COVID-19 pandemic. In a bid to eradicate the growing rate of food poverty affecting millions of individuals across the U.K., he spearheaded efforts to provide over 136,000 meals in 20 boroughs across London and the U.K. through the City Welfare Food Bank and launching several campaigns in partnership with Michelin-star restaurants to raise awareness.

In the same period, he raised over £2 million in donations to various relief efforts in Africa in collaboration with global initiatives such as the United Nations Population Fund, UNFPA, supporting thousands with food and funding, including widows and their children; namely the Kayayei Assistance project providing women in Ghana with shelter and food and enabling access to free healthcare. Pastor Tobi believes that SMEs are the backbone of a nation’s economy and has demonstrated this by funding budding entrepreneurial endeavours through a multi-national investment platform, Wealth Nation, awarding over ₦100 million of Foreign Direct Investment (FDI) into the Nigerian economy.

In 2020, Pastor Tobi Adegboyega stepped down as Lead Pastor of SPAC Nation and has since been focusing efforts on the Global Strategy for the SPAC Nxtion Fxmily including the creation of platforms and establishment of industry offices and businesses in Europe and beyond.
